PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Bayview Avenue Bridge over Udall Mill Pond is undergoing rehabilitation to improve safety, extend service life, and meet modern capacity standards.
As part of the project team, IVY Engineering Group is providing civil engineering and site development design and support services. Work includes an in-depth site inspection, preparation of a Bridge Rehabilitation Report (BRR) in accordance with Locally Administered Federal Aid Project (LAFAP) procedures, and evaluation of both rehabilitation and replacement alternatives. The preliminary design also incorporates seismic and geotechnical studies to guide the final design.
The selected alternative will ensure the bridge meets current requirements while delivering a long-lasting, reliable structure for the community.
