PROJECT OVERVIEW
IVY Engineering Group is serving as Owner’s Representative for the fit-out of multiple commercial condominium tenant spaces at 50 West 47th Street. These units range from under 5,000 to over 10,000 square feet and require careful oversight to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
As part of this role, IVY coordinates with Cushman & Wakefield, contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders, performing weekly site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to both NYCDOB-approved plans and condominium design standards.
IVY also manages closeout requirements, including reviewing testing reports and as-built documentation, conducting substantial and final walk-throughs, and ensuring all NYCDOB forms are correctly submitted to obtain Certificates of Occupancy—providing clients with seamless, compliant project delivery.
