PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Rehabilitation of Polaris Ballfields project provides construction management and inspection services for the rehabilitation of athletic fields in Levittown, in the Town of Hempstead, New York, on behalf of the Nassau County Department of Public Works. The scope of work includes reconstruction of sports playing fields, drainage installation, pavement and sidewalk installation, fencing and playing field appurtenances, and playground equipment, with an estimated construction cost of $3,000,000 and an anticipated construction duration of twelve months.
IVY Engineering Group (IVY) is providing a Resident Engineer/Office Engineer and Inspector to administer construction of the Project on the County’s behalf, including contractor coordination, site conditions review, and erosion and sediment control oversight.
