PROJECT OVERVIEW
The DCE Car Washer Component Repairs project brings two Division of Car Equipment (“DCE”) car washer facilities up to a State of Good Repair: one serving Canarsie Yard in Brooklyn and Jamaica Yard in Queens (Contract C-33943), and one at 207th Street Yard in Manhattan (Contract C-33944). The work includes repair and/or replacement of structural, utility, and equipment components at both car washer facilities, procured by MTA Construction & Development Company (“MTA C&D”) under a Design-Bid-Build delivery model.
IVY Engineering Group (IVY) is providing a Safety Manager, Quality Manager, and Office Engineer on behalf of MTA C&D for the DCE Car Washer Component Repairs project, supporting safety oversight, quality assurance, and project administration through construction and closeout.
